● Frequently Asked Questions

THE ANSWERS
YOU'RE LOOKING FOR.

Airmarkt is the pulse of emerging consumer brands — where brands get discovered, buyers never have to guess what to stock next, and the calls get built in public. We synthesise consumer, retail and community signals so you spot wholesale opportunities before they go mainstream.

Buyers deciding what to stock next. Founders building brands people will want on shelves. Creators and operators who see what's moving before it hits the report. If you trade in consumer goods, this is your floor.

Signals are live demand reads — a product trending in cafés, a conversation spiking on TikTok, a search pattern shifting. We track, verify and surface them so you can act on conviction, not guesswork.

We post a prediction — e.g. 'Will pistachio cream spread reach 3+ major UK grocers by December?' — and the room votes. The consensus forms in public. You see where conviction lands, not where someone hopes it lands.

Yes. We're in open beta and invites go out weekly. Join the beta to get early access to the room, the signals and the live calls.

Reports tell you what already happened. Airmarkt shows you what's happening now — and lets the people closest to the floor vote on what's next. No waiting three months for data that moved last quarter.

Absolutely. Founders and brand teams are a core part of the room. Post your signal, back your own call, and let buyers and the community see your momentum in real time.

Drop us a line at sara@airmarkt.com or find us on Instagram @airmarkt.live. We're building this in public too — your feedback shapes what comes next.

The Shop is where approved buyers discover and buy products directly from emerging brands. Every product is listed by the brand itself, with live pricing, minimum order values, and origin information. We keep it transparent — no hidden fees, no middlemen, no manual spreadsheets.

Buying is currently open to verified buyers — retailers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitality buyers, and other trade accounts. We review each buyer account to keep the marketplace trusted and protect the brands selling on the platform.

Sign up as a brand, complete your profile, and start listing products. You set your wholesale price, minimum order value, available countries, categories, and shipping rules. Once approved, your products go live to the buyer network and you manage orders from your brand dashboard.

Airmarkt is free to join for brands and buyers. Brands pay a 9-12% transaction fee on orders placed through the platform. Buyers pay no fee to browse the marketplace or place orders. Prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment is processed at order confirmation via Mollie.

Browse the Shop, add products to your cart, and choose a quantity that meets the brand's minimum order value. At checkout you can select a saved address or add a new one, then pay by card or PayPal. Some brands may offer different shipping rates or tax responsibilities depending on your location.

Yes, if the brand has enabled samples you can request one from the product page. Samples are handled through a separate checkout flow and you can only request one sample per SKU. Once you have placed a full order for that SKU, you cannot request another sample.

Brands choose their shipping carriers and set their own rates. We integrate UK and international carriers so brands can print labels, provide tracking numbers, and keep the delivery journey visible. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Buyers pay the shipping cost shown at checkout unless a brand has set a free shipping threshold and the order qualifies. Brands choose their own fulfilment rules, including minimum order value, free shipping thresholds, and the countries they ship to.

If something isn't right, a buyer can request a return from the order details page. The brand or admin reviews the request and can approve or reject it. Approved returns move to 'awaiting return' until the buyer ships the item back. Once received, the brand proposes an outcome and the admin finalises the refund.

This depends on the reason for the return. If the brand or admin provides a prepaid label, return shipping is covered. Otherwise the buyer may need to arrange and pay for return shipping, and provide the carrier and tracking number so the brand can monitor the return journey.

Brands become eligible for payout after the order is marked delivered and the return window has passed without a return request. The admin can set the payout eligibility delay in the admin panel. Payouts are then processed manually from the brand payouts dashboard.

Each brand selects a tax responsibility when listing a product: UK VAT applies standard UK VAT on orders shipped to the UK; NO VAT means no VAT is charged; INTERNATIONAL may apply local taxes on delivery. The tax treatment and who is responsible are clearly shown at checkout.

Only verified buyers who have purchased a product can leave a review. This keeps feedback honest and useful for other buyers. Brands can also view the live product page and respond to questions.

● SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed through the Airmarkt marketplace shop only. It does not apply to Reels or Tweets, which are covered separately in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Who Ships Your Order

Airmarkt Ltd operates the marketplace that connects Brands and Buyers, but Airmarkt does not manufacture, warehouse, or ship any products. Every order placed through the Platform is shipped directly by the Brand you ordered from. Airmarkt is not a carrier, logistics provider, or party to the shipping contract.

2. Delivery Times and Costs

2.1 Estimated delivery timeframes and shipping costs are set by each Brand and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

2.2 Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to stock availability, courier issues, or circumstances outside the Brand's control.

2.3 Any minimum order quantity or value required by a Brand is displayed on the relevant listing or at checkout.

3. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, contact the Brand directly in the first instance, using the contact details provided on their Airmarkt profile or order confirmation.

If you are unable to reach a resolution with the Brand within a reasonable time, you may contact Airmarkt at sara@airmarkt.com. We will aim to acknowledge your query within 2-4 business days and may act as a mediation point of contact between you and the Brand, but Airmarkt is not obliged to resolve the dispute or issue a refund itself.

4. Returns

4.1 Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns are handled directly between the Buyer and the Brand, subject to any further conditions the Brand sets (for example, requiring goods to be unopened, or excluding returns on certain product categories), which will be stated on their profile or at checkout.

4.2 As Airmarkt facilitates wholesale (bulk) orders, Brands may apply stricter return conditions than typical consumer retail — for example, no returns except for goods that are damaged, defective, or materially different from their listing description. Any such conditions must be clearly stated by the Brand before an order is placed.

4.3 Buyers should inspect deliveries promptly and report any issues to the Brand as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Refunds

5.1 Where a Brand agrees to a refund, it will be processed back to the original payment method via our payment processor, Mollie. Refund processing times depend on Mollie and the Buyer's card issuer or bank, and are typically a number of business days.

5.2 Airmarkt's transaction fee is charged on completed orders and is not automatically refunded to the Brand when a refund is issued to a Buyer, in line with our payment processor's fee structure.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before a Brand has accepted or begun fulfilling them, subject to the Brand's own cancellation policy displayed at checkout. Once an order has shipped, it is treated as a delivery issue or return under Sections 3–4 above, not a cancellation.
